The form reaches the people who do the work. Tell us the machine, the site and what has happened, and the reply will contain a scope rather than a brochure.
Before you write
What should I include for a machine that has stopped?
The make and model, the hub height if you know it, the fault code or the alarm text, when it stopped, what has already been tried, and how the site is reached. That is usually enough for a scope and a price without a site visit first.
Do you quote before seeing the turbine?
For straightforward scheduled work, yes. For a fault or blade damage we quote the assessment, then quote the repair against what the assessment found. A repair price given before anyone has looked is a guess with a number on it.
Can you work to our permit system and our paperwork?
Yes. The method statement is written for your site, the work runs under your permit system, and the handover documents are produced in the format you need to file.
Will you say if the job is not for you?
Yes, and quickly. If the machine, the access or the timing is outside what we can do properly, we say so in the reply rather than working it out later at your cost.
What happens to the details I send?
They are used to answer the enquiry and for nothing else. They are not sold, not added to a mailing list and not passed to anyone outside the company. The privacy notice sets out how long they are kept and how to have them deleted.
