Who is responsible

LRM WIND LTD is the publisher and developer of LRM Windward, a single-player offline wind-farm strategy and puzzle game.

This policy applies specifically to the LRM Windward mobile application on Android and iOS devices. The separate website privacy notice is published under /privacy.

Zero data collection policy

LRM Windward operates under a strict zero-data-collection model. The application does not collect, record, track, transmit or share any personal information whatsoever.

• No personal identity details (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses)
• No device or advertising identifiers (such as Android ID, Advertising ID, IDFA, or MAC address)
• No location data (GPS, network triangulation, or IP geolocation)
• No usage telemetry, analytics events, gameplay tracking, or crash logs

Offline operation and network connectivity

The application runs entirely offline. It does not request internet access permissions and makes no connection to any server, remote API, telemetry collector or cloud service.

Because the app operates without network access, no data leaves your mobile device under any circumstances.

Local save data and storage

The single piece of data created by the game is your local save file, recording your unlocked regions, turbine layouts, balance and game settings.

Save files are stored exclusively within the sandboxed application directory on your physical device and are never backed up to third-party cloud services.

You retain complete control of this data at all times. You can permanently delete all local game progress by tapping the Erase everything button in the game settings, or by clearing app data or uninstalling the app via your device operating system.

Device permissions

The application requests zero device permissions. It does not request or require access to your photos, camera, microphone, storage, contacts, location, network status, or Bluetooth.

No advertising, third-party SDKs, or in-app purchases

LRM Windward contains no advertising, no sponsored placements, and no promotional tracking.

No third-party advertising SDKs, tracking libraries, or analytics frameworks are embedded within the application.

The application contains no in-app purchases, microtransactions, or payment mechanisms.

Children's privacy and safety

LRM Windward is a general-audience game suitable for players of all ages. Because the game collects no personal data from any person, it complies with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and worldwide child safety frameworks.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen or sixteen years of age, or from any other users.

Data security and application sandboxing

Because no user data is collected or transmitted across public networks, risks of unauthorized transmission, data breaches or remote interception are eliminated by design.

Local game progress is protected by the native sandboxing security controls provided by Android and iOS, which isolate the game's local storage from other applications installed on your device.

Your rights under GDPR and UK data protection law

Under the UK GDPR, European GDPR and equivalent international privacy statutes, individuals hold rights regarding access to, rectification, and erasure of personal data.

Because LRM WIND LTD does not collect, receive or retain any personal data or logs from your use of the game, there is no personal record held by us to access or delete. Erasure of local save data is executed directly by the player on the device.
